Lily Allish

Lily Allish is a Senior Finance Operations Manager at Red Cell Partners, bringing over a decade of experience in finance, accounting, and business operations across early-stage startups, high-growth companies, and publicly traded Fortune 100 corporations.

Prior to joining Red Cell, Lily served as Finance Operations Manager at Ask Sage, where she built the finance and accounting function from the ground up, supported tenfold company growth, and supported financial due diligence and integration efforts through its $250 million acquisition by BigBear.ai. Previously, she held finance and accounting leadership roles at Vistar, a division of Performance Food Group, and Paramount Business Jets. Her expertise spans financial strategy, forecasting, operational scaling, and developing financial infrastructure to support sustainable growth.

Lily holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from MSU Denver.
