Hyland Wood is a Junior Operations Analyst at Red Cell. In 2025, she graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Psychology.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Hyland interned at Red Cell, where she supported the operations team and incubations across the National Security Practice. Her previous experience also includes public policy work at a strategic communications and lobbying firm in the D.C. area.
