Aly Carbaugh is an Operations Analyst at Red Cell Partners. She is a proud resident of Virginia and graduate of its flagship institution, the University of Virginia. In 2023 she received her Bachelor of Science in Education in Youth and Social Innovation with High Honors. She received her Master of Education in Higher Education in 2024 and credits this experience with inspiring her to work in the venture space. In 2022 she studied abroad at the University of Amsterdam in the Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Aly is passionate about volunteering and has worked with Hope’s Legacy Equine Rescue, Wintergreen Adaptive Sports, the Young Women Leaders Program, Books Behind Bars at the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail, and many more. She also enjoys traveling, skiing, and reading.
