Erin Hawley

Erin Hawley is the Chief Revenue Officer, driving go-to-market strategy and revenue growth across Red Cell’s national security portfolio.

Erin brings nearly two decades of experience scaling technology companies in highly regulated, mission-critical environments. She most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Primer.ai, where she oversaw all revenue-generating functions including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships driving adoption of operational AI across the Department of War, Civilian agencies and the Intelligence Community.

Before Primer, Erin was CEO of Instabase Gov Inc. and the Vice President of Sales, and prior to that, she built and led DataRobot’s public sector business from the ground up as General Manager and Vice President, establishing the company’s presence across federal agencies. Her earlier roles at Cloudera Government Solutions and Composite Software (acquired by Cisco) deepened her expertise in national security markets and federal sales leadership.

Erin serves on the College of Arts and Letters Board at James Madison University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science.
