With over eight years of experience across talent teams at companies in various stages of growth, Jasmine brings a deep understanding of how to adapt hiring strategies while keeping candidate experience at the forefront. Before transitioning into recruiting, Jasmine earned her M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University and initially pursued a career in Psychology, working with children in underserved communities. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior with a Minor in Management from the University of California, Irvine.
