Naimish Patel

Naimish Patel is the President of Red Cell’s Healthcare Practice and a Partner at the firm. Mr. Patel oversees Red Cell’s healthcare strategy and growth across incubation and investment verticals and recruits and partners with Incubation Leads to build companies that address problems primarily focused in the categories of health services, care delivery, and diagnostics and therapeutics. 

Mr. Patel has vast experience as a healthcare executive, having led high-performing growth organizations in the digital healthcare space for more than a decade and spearheaded sales to payers, providers, employers, and consumers across market caps and market segments. He is a former Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Solutions at Optum, a division of UnitedHealth Group, and was a founding member at Rally Health, a consumer-centric digital health company, which was acquired by UnitedHealth in 2017. At Rally, Mr. Patel held numerous leadership roles as the organization scaled to over $1B in revenue. A skilled entrepreneur, Mr. Patel is an active venture investor and advisor to several tech-enabled healthcare companies and currently sits on the boards of Red Cell companies TARA Mind and Savoy Life.  

Mr. Patel has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida.
