Paige Morschauser is an Operations Director at Red Cell with a background in product management and project management. Paige is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and formerly was the Product Lead for a multi-module SaaS platform focused on strategic alignment and task management.
Paige worked at McChrystal Group from 2014 to 2016, supporting both the Client Services and Product teams. In 2016, CrossLead spun off from McChrystal Group to scale their Enterprise Performance Management software. From 2016 to 2020, Paige helped guide the strategic development of the CrossLead Platform, driving innovative product advancement to meet client needs. In doing so, she led a team of software engineers and designers, overseeing the creation and execution of the implementation roadmap.
More recently, Paige served as the project lead for CrossLead’s largest product and services client. In this capacity, Paige focused on building products, content, logistics, and programming to drive culture change, business transformation, strategic alignment, and leadership development.
Paige graduated from Duke University in 2015 with high distinction, achieving a BA in Military History and a Certificate in Policy Journalism and Media Studies.
