Tram Doan

Tram Doan is an Assistant Controller at Red Cell, where she oversees the accounting for our healthcare practices. Prior to joining Red Cell, she most recently served as the VP of Accounting for a tele-behavioral health company within the private equity space. During her 5+ years at Array, she successfully built out the accounting team function, implemented NetSuite as the ERP system, led first and subsequent year audits, assisted with due diligence for capital raises and merger transactions, owned post-merger team and system integration efforts, and managed the monthly financial close and reporting package processes. She also has corporate accounting experience from her time at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and public accounting experience from her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tram holds a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant examination in 2009.
