Yuna Sakuma

Yuna Sakuma is an Investment Principal on the Red Cell Fund team. Prior to joining Red Cell, Yuna invested in mid- to late-stage startups globally at MPower Partners and was based in Japan and the US. During her time at MPower, Yuna was seconded to Andreessen Horowitz on the American Dynamism team, through a program with the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Yuna started her career working across the broad healthcare industry, including life sciences, medical devices, and healthcare services, in both public and private sectors, at Trinity Life Sciences, the Center for Global Development, and McKinsey & Company.

Yuna holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
