Hannah Eaves

Operations Principal

Hannah Eaves is an Operations Principal at Red Cell. Prior to joining Red Cell in March 2025, Ms. Eaves launched a professional services firm in Washington, DC. As the Managing Partner/CEO of this firm, she oversaw all business decisions, from health care to contracts to bookkeeping to office construction. Under Ms. Eaves’s direction, the firm grew from 70 to 140 people in 18 months and earned multi-million dollar profits every quarter of operation.

From 2010 to 2020, Ms. Eaves served as an active-duty attorney (JAG) in the Navy. As a naval officer, she was stationed in Japan, Annapolis, the Pentagon, and Pearl Harbor. While on active duty, Ms. Eaves prosecuted courts martial, practiced employment law, and advised commanders on operational law.

Ms. Eaves holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s from Princeton University, where she was a member of a two-time NCAA DI National Champion women’s lacrosse team (2002 and 2003). Between college and law school, Ms. Eaves worked for an NGO in Bolivia and taught high school American History in the Bronx.
