Applicant Privacy Policy

Red Cell Partners, LLC (“Red Cell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who apply for employment with us (“Applicants” or “you”). This Applicant Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, share, and retain your personal information in connection with our hiring and recruitment process. This Notice applies to all personal information collected from Applicants, whether submitted through our website (redcellpartners.com), our third-party applicant tracking system, or through any other means in connection with a job application.
This Notice supplements, and should be read together with, our general Privacy Policy. To the extent there is any conflict between this Notice and our Privacy Policy with respect to Applicant personal information, this Notice controls.
For purposes of this Notice, “Personal Information” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of Personal Information from Applicants:

3. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use Applicant Personal Information for the following purposes:
- Application management. Receiving, processing, tracking, and administering your job application.
- Candidate evaluation. Assessing your qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position to which you applied or other open positions.
- Verification and fraud detection. Verifying the accuracy and authenticity of application materials, including by using automated screening tools that cross-reference your information against publicly available sources and proprietary databases to identify indicators of potentially fraudulent, fabricated, or materially misleading application content. Indicators analyzed may include discrepancies between submitted materials and publicly available professional profiles, geographic anomalies, and fabricated work histories.
- Communication. Contacting you regarding the status of your application, scheduling interviews, and corresponding about potential employment.
- Legal compliance. Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations, including equal employment opportunity recordkeeping requirements, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection laws.
- Defense of legal claims. Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims related to our hiring process.
4. Automated Decision-Making Technology
We use automated tools provided by third-party service providers to assist in screening job applications. These tools analyze application materials to verify authenticity and detect indicators of potential fraud. Automated screening may result in your application being flagged for further review.
Applications flagged through this process as containing indicators of fraud or material misrepresentation may be declined from further consideration.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request information about how automated decision-making technology was used in connection with your application, and the right to opt out of certain uses of such technology, as provided under applicable California law. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9 below.
5. How We Share Your Personal Information
We share Applicant Personal Information with the following categories of third parties, solely for the purposes described in this Notice:

We require our service providers to process your Personal Information only for the purposes described above, to protect it using appropriate security measures, and to refrain from using it for any other purpose.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Applicant Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Complete the evaluation of your application for the position to which you applied and any other positions for which you may be considered;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations, including equal employment opportunity recordkeeping requirements; and
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims related to our hiring process.
Personal Information shared with third-party service providers for verification or screening purposes is subject to contractual deletion requirements. Such providers are required to delete your Personal Information within sixty (60) days following the termination or expiration of our agreement with them, except to the extent retention is required by applicable law.
When we no longer have a legitimate business need or legal obligation to retain your Personal Information, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because your information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:
Access. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, the sources from which it was collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.
Deletion. You may request that we delete your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions (for example, where retention is required for legal compliance or defense of claims).
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you.
Automated decision-making. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to opt out of automated decision-making technology that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and to request information about the logic involved in such processing.
Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9 below. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to protect Applicant Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We require our service providers to maintain comparable safeguards. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
