Jennifer Miranda

Design Director

Jennifer Miranda is the Design Director at Red Cell, where she leads brand strategy and creative development for companies ready to build brands that mean something — and last. Over the past 14 years, she’s helped launch and evolve brands across holistic wellness, sport performance, lifestyle fashion and footwear, automotive, beer, and spirits, always with a sharp eye for both strategy and storytelling.

Jen’s portfolio includes collaborations with brands like Burton Snowboards, Under Armour Sportswear, New Balance, Keds, Canada Goose, Kane Footwear, Butcher Box, Warrior Lacrosse, K&N Filtration, and Chomp Gum, to name a few. She’s known for creating brand identities and systems that not only make an impact, but grow with the companies they represent.

Before joining Red Cell, Jen spent nearly a decade at Soldier Unlimited, rising to Design Director, where she led creative teams across branding, campaigns, and digital activations. She built her career on a foundation of strong design thinking, creative leadership, and an innate ability to translate brand strategy into visual language.

Jen earned her BFA in Graphic and Interactive Communication from the Ringling College of Art and Design, graduating with honors, and studied Fashion Merchandising at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, giving her a deep understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of brand building.

Today, she continues to partner with companies at every stage — from startups finding their voice to established brands evolving their story — always with the same belief: great design starts with meaning and ends with impact.

When not at work, she can be found reading on the beach or hiking in the mountains. She lives in North Carolina.
