
Emma Holland is an Operations Analyst at Red Cell’s National Security Practice. Prior to joining Red Cell, she worked for the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies as a Program Coordinator for the Public Service Fellows and Scholars Program, a prestigious full-tuition scholarship program for graduate students interested in public service careers.
Emma has her Master of Arts in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where she focused on Security, Strategy, and Statecraft, and the Middle East. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
